Autonomic Function Is Impaired in Elderly Stroke Survivors

Abstract

Cardiovascular autonomic function is impaired long after the index event in stroke survivors. Impaired autonomic function may increase the risk of all-cause mortality and cardiovascular mortality in older stroke survivors.
