Early administration of surfactant in spontaneous breathing with nCPAP: feasibility and outcome in extremely premature infants (postmenstrual age ≤27 weeks)

Abstract

Surfactant administration during nCPAP is feasible. First results indicate that early complications are rare. This warrants a prospective randomized trial.
