Treatment of focal and segmental glomerulosclerosis in adults with tacrolimus monotherapy

Abstract

Tac rapidly and effectively induced remission of NS in FSGS. Conversion from CsA to Tac indicates that Tac might be a more potent agent with less nephrotoxicity in this setting.
