Abstract

Arthrography is a valuable aid in the evaluation and management of patients with Blount's disease. That the osseous findings are not necessarily proportional to the cartilaginous abnormality forms the basis for adequate treatment of this entity. The arthrographic findings in 7 patients and their value in clinical management are illustrated and discussed.
