Abstract

Transvaginal ultrasound is a reliable method in excluding endometrial pathology. The Uterine Explora Curette was superior to Gynoscann in diagnosing neoplasia of the endometrium. It was found to have the same diagnostic accuracy as conventional dilatation and curettage.
