This is the tenth of the second series of fascicles published by The Armed Forces Institute of Pathology and edited by Harlan I. Firminger, MD. Dr. Dr. Thackray is Professor of Morbid Histology, The Middlesex Hospital Medical School, London; Dr. Lucas is Professor of Oral Pathology, The School of Dental Surgery, London; and Dr. Firminger is Professor of Pathology, The University of Maryland School of Medicine, Baltimore, Maryland.
