The electromagnetic (EM) properties of composites with flake-like Ba 3 Co 2 Fe 24 O 41 (Co 2 Z) fillers synthesized using the molten-salt method were investigated. The results showed that the attenuation properties in these composites were greatly improved. The molten-salt method could be a potential way to enhance the properties of the composites filled with hexagonal ferrite powders for EM applications
