Dendritic Cell-Based Vaccination in Solid Cancer

Abstract

These data indicate that vaccination with autologous tumor-pulsed DCs generated from peripheral blood is safe and can induce tumor-specific cellular cytotoxicity. Clinical responses are achievable, even in patients with advanced disease.
