Abstract

ISera with IFA titres <1/16Sero with IFA titres _ 1/16 20 20 40 80160 320 640 ELISA IgG titre (FF) plate assay and found to be satisfactory. Results of ELISA assays in FalconFlexible plates (Figs. 3 and4) showed much better correlation to IFA titres.Three hundred and five/384 sera with IFA IgM titres of < 1/16 had an ELISA IgM titre of <1/20 and the highest ELISA titre in this group was 1/320.The relatively small number of sera with IFA titres of < 1/16 which gave ELISA titres Book reviews
