CAD models for shielded multilayered CPW

Abstract

Conformal mapping technique is used to obtain CAD oriented closed form analytical expressions for characteristic impedance per unit length capacitance and relative effective dielectric permittivity of top and bottom shielded multilayered coplanar waveguides.
