Patients with Pulmonary Fibrosis: Cardiac Function Assessed with MR Imaging

Abstract

Impairment of right ventricular diastolic function was found by using MR imaging in patients with mild to moderate pulmonary fibrosis, whereas left ventricular diastolic function and biventricular systolic function were preserved.
