Chez une enfant de 14 ans cirrhotique avec deficit en α 1 -antitrypsine. Une apnee prolongee se produit. L'analyse enzymatique revele une PChE (E u E a ) atypique heterozygote avant la transplantation et un PChE (E u E u ) normal apres la transplantation
