Tolerance of Laparoscopy and Thoracoscopy in Neonates

Abstract

The neonate's high sensitivity to insufflation is an important limiting factor of video-surgery. The described profile of the neonate at risk may help to reduce the frequency of adverse effects of this technique and improve its tolerance.
