Intrapocket Anesthesia for Scaling and Root Planing in Pain‐Sensitive Patients

Abstract

This study confirms the favorable anesthetic efficacy of active gel over placebo in selected pain-sensitive patients. It suggests that the gel may be a valuable alternative to conventional injection anesthesia.
