Optimal filtering for multirate systems based on lifted models

Abstract

This paper discusses filter design problems for multirate systems in H/sub 2/ and H/sub /spl infin// settings by using the LMI machinery based on lifted models. The causality constraint on lifted filters is tackled, and the solution is provided in terms of a set of LMI conditions.
