Abstract

Antiserums to the mammary tumor virus were prepared in rhesus monkeys, rabbits, and two strains of mice, C3H and BALB/c. One in vivo test—neutralization—and two in vitro serological tests—immunodiffusion and passive hemagglutination—were used to identify specific antiviral antibody in these serums.
