Secondary Colorectal Carcinoma After Childhood Cancer

Abstract

In matched analyses, radiation and alkylator exposure are associated with secondary CRC. This risk is proportional to dose and volume of radiation. Surveillance should be initiated at a young age among survivors receiving high-risk exposures.
