The Distribution of Folic Acid Activities in Lines of Leukemic Cells of the Mouse

SUMMARY The occurrence of folate derivatives in lines P-815 and 70429 of leukemic cells and in the liver of the host, the mouse, is de- scribed. The major component detected in the leukemic cells was NnJ-formyltetrahydrofolic acid. No evidence indicating the occurrence of polyglutamyl derivatives in these leukemic cells was found.
