Genetic epidemiology of vitiligo: a study of 815 probands and their families from south China

Abstract

Genetic factors play an important role in the occurrence of vitiligo, and the genetic model of vitiligo in this population is consistent with a polygenetic or multifactorial inheritance in a dominant major gene pattern.
