Abstract

Sarcoidosis is a granulomatous disorder of unknown aetiology affecting many systems, including the lungs and mediastinal lymph nodes. The usual manifestations of sar- coidosis on the chest radiograph are well known. Although the bronchial mucosa is often affected in sarcoidosis, endobronchial mass lesions are extremely rare.'
