Abstract

Gone fishing: Petrosaspongiolide M (PM), a marine γ-hydroxybutenolide sesterterpenoid, was efficiently immobilized on a solid support to selectively bind its macromolecular targets in a macrophage cell lysate. The proteasome machinery was identified as its most important partner. Detailed facts of importance to specialist readers are published as ”Supporting Information”.
