Acute Ovarian Failure in the Childhood Cancer Survivor Study

Abstract

AOF develops in a small subset of survivors, especially those treated with at least 1000-cGy ovarian radiation. These results will facilitate patient counseling and selection of candidates for newer fertility preservation techniques.
