Superoxide Dismutase Activity in Serum of Patients With Acute Cerebral Ischemic Injury

Abstract

Our data suggest that the SOD activity in serum is reduced in stroke patients, and replacement of antioxidative activity could be beneficial in the acute treatment of cerebral ischemia.
