Abstract

DAB389EGF fusion protein shows in vivo antiglioma efficacy in a s.c. tumor model and warrants further preclinical testing in an i.c. tumor model for eventual treatment of patients with recurrent or refractory EGF receptor-positive glioblastoma multiforme.
