Vincristine‐induced neuropathy: Atypical electrophysiological patterns in children

Abstract

The electrophysiological and clinical motor predominance described differs from the mainly sensory neuropathy reported in adults. Incomplete myelination due to young age may have resulted in greater sensitivity of some nerves to neurotoxic agents.
