Relation of Caregiver Alcohol Use to Unintentional Childhood Injury

Abstract

Even at low levels, proximal caregiver alcohol use may contribute to higher risk for childhood injuries and more severe injuries. The combined effect of supervision and drinking on injury likelihood warrants further exploration.
