JERS-1 SAR image quality and interferometric potential

Abstract

As part of the JERS-1 investigation program, the authors evaluate the duality of images from the Japanese radar and validate its interferometric capabilities. JERS-1 interferometry has the potential to derive digital terrain models and measure ground displacements.
