Safety of Selective COX‐2 Inhibitors in Aspirin/Nonsteroidal Anti‐inflammatory Drug‐Intolerant Patients: Comparison of Nimesulide, Meloxicam, and Rofecoxib

Abstract

This is the first placebo-controlled report comparing these three drugs. The results indicate that among these alternative drugs for ASA/NSAIDs-intolerant patients, rofecoxib seems to have the most favorable tolerability.
