Effect of domperidone therapy on nocturnal dyspeptic symptoms of functional dyspepsia patients

Abstract

A subgroup of Chinese FD patients show overt nocturnal dyspeptic symptoms, which may be correlated with the excessive nocturnal duodenogastric bile reflux. Domperidone therapy can alleviate these symptoms.
