Porous Co<sub>3</sub>O<sub>4</sub>-MOF and Ru/Co<sub>3</sub>O<sub>4</sub>-MOF were prepared and applied in the catalytic oxidation of toluene. Ru/Co<sub>3</sub>O<sub>4</sub>-MOF showed higher catalytic performance than other materials. The stability and water-resistence of the catalyst were also studied.
