Brucella - related multiple cerebral aneurysms: Report of a case and review of the literature

Abstract

Brucella-related cerebral mycotic aneurysm has rarely been reported. This is the first report of three mycotic aneurysms occurring in a young man with neurobrucellosis treated surgically.
