A short-range interaction between electrons on the first Landau level is considered. In the framework of this model the Laughlin-wave-function is shown to be exact. The ground-state energy has singularities as a function of filling nu at nu =1/m, where m is an odd integer. The corresponding ground states are non-degenerate.
