Abstract

Most macroprolactinomas primarily treated with CAB are adequately controlled with doses < or =1.5 mg/week. About 20% of patients, mainly men and/or those with invasive tumors will require a higher dose of CAB. We suggest defining such patients as resistant to CAB.
