Total 196 respondentsresponded to the adopted questionnaire of the Emotional Intelligence, retrieved from the book “MeasuringEmotional Intelligence and related Constructs” by Dr. Schutte, Nicola, for which Cronbach’s Alpha was calculatedto confirm its reliability, which resulted in the score of 0.889. The major findings of the study and evaluation havebeen done by using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). The findings show that the female segment ofthe bank employees is more emotionally intelligent than their male counterparts and the age of the male and femaleemployees have inverse relationship with the Emotional Intelligence and as the level of education increases theEmotional Intelligence level increases as well. The more satisfied the employees are the more they will be in abetter position to perform well in an organization.
