Low‐dose mifepristone in treatment of uterine leiomyoma: A randomised double‐blind placebo‐controlled clinical trial

Abstract

Ten milligrams mifepristone for three months is effective in reducing MBL, increasing haemoglobin and reducing uterine and leiomyoma volume with side-effect of endometrial hyperplasia.
