A 65-year-old Caucasian, hypertensive, and asymptomatic man was referred to cardiology consultation because of an abnormal electrocardiogram (ECG) with left ventricle (LV) hypertrophy and giant negative T waves ( Panel A ) (evolutive compared with ECG performed 10 years before).
