Erythema gyratum repens—an immunologically mediated dermatosis?

Abstract

There have been only 21 reported cases of erythema gyratum repens in the dermatological literature. Its impressive clinical appearances and constant association with malignancy pose interesting questions. We wish to present a further patient with erythema gyratum repens on whom detailed immunological investigations have been performed.
