Abstract

Decreased rCBF in mild hypothyroidism is found in regions mediating attention, motor speed, memory, and visuospatial processing, faculties affected in hypothyroidism. Follow-up studies are needed to determine the longer-term persistence of perfusion abnormalities in this disorder.
