Association Between Osteopontin and Human Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm

Abstract

Serum and tissue concentrations of OPN are associated with human AAA. We found no relationship between variation of the OPN gene and AAA. OPN may be a useful biomarker for AAA presence and growth.
