New bis(diphenylphosphino)aniline derivatives: Synthesis and spectroscopic characterization

Abstract

Abstract Six new multidentate bis(diphenyl‐phosphino)amine [R–N(PPh 2 ) 2 ] ligands have been prepared from the reaction of aniline derivatives, R–NH 2 , with Ph 2 PCl in the presence of triethylamine. All of the compounds were obtained in good yields and were characterized by NMR, IR, and microanalysis. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
