Atrial fibrillation predicts appropriate shocks in primary prevention implantable cardioverter-defibrillator patients

Abstract

Our study demonstrates that history of AF is associated with increased risk of appropriate shocks and cardiovascular mortality in primary prevention ICD patients with left ventricular dysfunction.
