This paper provides a new method for the dynamic simulation of the aircraft environmental control systems (ECS). The thermal dynamic response performance of the ECS is a key factor inflects the designing of the aircraft temperature control system. To achieve the establishing of the system dynamic model, the mathematical models of the most important components are firstly studied. The calculation method of wet heat-exchanger in large system is investigated and three-wheel air circulation machine power distribution and speed matching method is developed. Then the simulation models are created based on the Flowmaster software platform. The validity of the models is demonstrated by performing the steady state and dynamic analysis in dry and wet operation condition, and the results show that the proposed method is satisfied for humid air aircraft ECS analysis.
