Abstract

The described TH assay is specific, sensitive, and semiquantitative and can be used for the detection of neuroblastoma cell involvement in bone marrow and blood at diagnosis and during therapy. Furthermore, the TH assay is a possible prognostic marker for neuroblastoma.
