Non-atheromatous arterial stenoses in atypical haemolytic uraemic syndrome associated with complement dysregulation

Abstract

Arterial steno-occlusive lesions appear as potential complications of dysregulated complement activation in aHUS. Endovascular treatment should be considered cautiously in this setting.
