TLDR

The atomic theoretical background and numerical techniques associated with each process are discussed in detail. The authors present a comprehensive software package for computing atomic data including energy levels, radiative transitions, collisional excitation, ionization, photoionization, autoionization, and their inverse processes. The software employs numerical methods to calculate energy levels, transition probabilities, collisional excitation, ionization, photoionization, autoionization, radiative recombination, and dielectronic capture. The authors demonstrate the package’s capabilities through sample applications and results. PACS numbers: 31.15, 32.70.Cs, 34.80.Kw, 32.80.Fb, 32.80.Dz.

Abstract

We describe a complete software package for the computation of various atomic data such as energy levels; radiative transition; collisional excitation; ionization by electron impact, photoionization, autoionization; and their inverse processes radiative recombination and dielectronic capture. The atomic theoretical background and numerical techniques associated with each process are discussed in detail. Sample applications and results are presented.
