Abstract

Under control: Highly functionalized chiral annulated piperidines with eight stereocenters are efficiently obtained by means of a highly enantioselective one-pot [6+3]/[4+2] sequence. This sequence included the first enantioselective [6+3] cycloaddition of azomethine ylides with fulvenes. Detailed facts of importance to specialist readers are published as ”Supporting Information”.
