Theoretical Study of Aerosol Filtration by Fibrous Filters

Abstract

A theoretical analysis of fdtration mechanisms has been proved expression for the diffusion and interception made for fibrous fdters in the region of maximum filtration efficiencies has been derived that compares penetration.The theory is based on a boundary layer well with the existing theories.A comparison of the approach using the Kuwabara flow field to account for developed theory with experimental data also confirms the interference effects of neighboring fibers.An im-the validity of the present work.
