Abstract

Injury of the corticospinal tract at the midbrain was observed in patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage. Injury of the corticospinal tract at the midbrain appears to be one of the various pathophysiological mechanisms for motor weakness after subarachnoid hemorrhage.
