Abstract

Skeletal abnormalities in acromegalic men with SAS were different from those in SAS patients without acromegaly. Upper airway narrowing due to changes in pharyngeal soft tissues takes a more relevant share in the development of SAS in acromegalic men than skeletal anomalies.
