This study showed that travoprost provided a statistically and clinically significant reduction (p < 0.0001) in IOP of 3.2 mm Hg for patients who had not been successfully treated with latanoprost monotherapy. The results of this trial demonstrate the potential benefit of using travoprost as a replacement therapy in order to ensure adequate IOP control.
